30-day, no-questions-asked refund

Every purchase on this site is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your ebook bundle, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are processed automatically — there is no human gatekeeper.

How to request a refund

• Click the refund link in any order email we have sent you, or
• Go to /refund and enter the email address you used to purchase.

You will be asked to complete a short feedback survey (≈ 60 seconds) so we can keep improving the product. Once submitted, your refund is issued through Stripe immediately and your download links are invalidated. The refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

What happens after a refund

Your access to the ebook downloads is revoked at the moment the refund is processed. We ask that you delete any PDFs you have already downloaded, as continued personal or commercial use after a refund is not licensed.

كيف تطلب الاسترداد

• توجّه إلى صفحة الاسترداد وأدخل بريدك الإلكتروني المستخدم في الشراء.

ستُطلب منك تعبئة استبيان قصير (حوالي دقيقة) لمساعدتنا على تحسين المنتج. بعد ذلك، يتم استرداد المبلغ فوراً عبر Stripe وتُلغى روابط التحميل. عادةً ما يصل المبلغ إلى حسابك خلال ٥-١٠ أيام عمل.
