Terms of Service

1. The service

Omar Psychology (“we”, “us”) sells Arabic-language digital ebooks on personal finance and wealth psychology through the website omarpsychology.life. Purchases are one-time payments. There are no subscriptions and no auto-renewals.

2. Digital delivery

Immediately after a successful payment, you receive a delivery email with secure download links and access to a private download page. Links are gated by your unique order ID and re-verified on every download. Files are PDFs — no physical goods, no shipping.

3. License

You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to download and read the ebooks for your own use. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, or share the files publicly. Reproduction in any form for commercial purposes is prohibited.

4. Refunds

Every purchase is covered by a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund. See the Refund Policy. After a refund, your access to the ebooks is revoked and you agree to delete any downloaded copies.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details. Your bank statement will show our merchant descriptor.

6. Disclaimer

The content is educational and reflects the author’s research and opinions on wealth psychology. It is not financial, legal, or tax advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

7. Privacy

We collect only the email and payment information needed to deliver your purchase and process refunds. We do not sell your data. Transactional emails (delivery, refund confirmation) are sent from notify.omarpsychology.life.
